Software built for
the way your
business actually runs.

I'm Noah Corse. I build custom iPhone apps, websites, and spreadsheet tools for small businesses — the kind where the owner still answers the phone. Five apps on the App Store, and every line of them written here in the 417.

What I build

Launch & care

It goes live, and I keep it running month to month if you want that.

Who this is for

I'd rather tell you up front than waste your afternoon.

A good fit

  • Local service and trade businesses — contractors, home services, shops
  • You have no website, or one you're embarrassed to send someone to
  • A spreadsheet or paper process that's costing you hours every week
  • You want one person accountable, not a support ticket queue

Not a fit

  • You need it live this week — good work takes a few weeks
  • You want the cheapest possible option; that's Wix, and honestly that's fine
  • Ongoing marketing, ads or SEO retainers — I build, I don't run campaigns
  • Android-first apps — I build for iPhone and iPad

Straight answers

The questions I get asked on every first call.

What does a website actually cost?

A typical small-business site runs $1,500–$3,000 depending on how many pages and whether you need a quote form, service-area pages or photo galleries. You get one written number before any work starts — not an hourly rate that drifts. Half up front, half at launch.

How long does it take?

Two to four weeks for most sites, start to live. The main thing that slows it down is waiting on content — your photos, your service list, your hours. If you have those ready, it's faster.

Do I own it, or am I renting it from you?

You own it. The domain is registered in your name, the site files are yours, and if you ever want to leave you take the whole thing with you. No hostage situations. That's different from a builder platform, where you stop paying and the site disappears.

What if I need changes later?

Two rounds of revisions are included in the build. After launch, a care plan from $75/month covers hosting, SSL, backups, updates and small changes — new photos, updated hours, a price change. Cancel anytime. If you'd rather not have a plan, changes are quoted one at a time.

Do you do SEO and Google Ads?

No. I build the site so it loads fast, works on a phone and is structured properly for search — but I don't run ad campaigns or monthly SEO retainers. If that's what you need, I'll say so and point you elsewhere.

I already have a website. Is it worth redoing?

Maybe not. Pull it up on your phone right now — if the phone number is tappable, it loads in a couple of seconds and nothing says "coming soon," you're probably fine and I'll tell you that. Most of the sites I'm asked to look at fail at least one of those three.

Tell me what you're
trying to build.

No pitch deck, no discovery fee. Describe the problem and I'll tell you straight whether I'm the right person for it — including when I'm not.
